AI Engineer Intern
Apply AI to real investment data and learn how agentic systems are designed, on a platform used by startups and investors worldwide.
About the role
You will work across AI and data on a live platform used by startups and investors, directly with the founder. The role covers data analysis with AI, agent and workflow design, testing and evaluation, and research on real investment data.
The internship runs three months, part-time and remote, with weekly mentoring from the founder.
What you will do
- Run data analysis with AI across investor, startup and market datasets.
- Take part in the design of agent workflows for research and analysis.
- Test and evaluate AI outputs and pipelines for accuracy and quality.
- Structure and maintain investment datasets.
- Support forward deployed work with partners: scoping, research and delivery.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, completed or in the final year.
- Experience using Claude Code or a comparable AI coding tool.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, context engineering, agent harnesses and tool use.
- Working knowledge of Python or TypeScript.
- Clear written and spoken English.
Preferred
- Projects involving LLM agents, APIs or data pipelines.
- An interest in startups, venture or financial markets.
