They explicitly seek out bold, tech-savvy founders building B2B software, deep-tech, and enterprise hardware. A major focus is placed on "diaspora founders"-entrepreneurs from Turkey, CEE, or MENA who have established companies in advanced markets (like the US or UK) but maintain strong operational or R&D ties to their home countries. They look for cohesive teams that can execute on a global scale.
