What they do

Launched in 2019 as Boeing's startup accelerator (Aerospace Xelerated), the firm provided funding, mentorship, and corporate access to early-stage startups advancing the aerospace sector. In September 2025, the program spun out of Boeing to become an independent entity named XeleratedFifty, backed by The Fifty Group. The firm has now broadened its focus beyond aerospace to include defence, shipping, and energy. It operates an "always-on" model that matches startups with corporate and government partners for fully funded Proof of Concept (PoC) contracts and strategic investments.
