What they do

We syndicate allocations for friends alongside our own capital in a portfolio of companies in the form of equity, security tokens or other participation. We manage these syndicates through SPVs, and charge a fixed management fee and carried interest. We manage them through SPV’s and either distribute the tokens to the equity holders upon their release to the public or liquidate them - as requested by the investor. Recent deals include Telegram, 22X Fund (500 Startups), Academy, Menlo One, MetaCert, Good Money and Codex Protocol to name just a few.

What they look for

ARK defines "disruptive innovation" as the introduction of a technologically enabled new product or service that potentially changes the way the world works. The fund seeks to capture long-term capital growth by investing in companies that are leading and benefiting from five converging innovation platforms: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Energy Storage, Robotics, Multiomic Sequencing, and Blockchain Technology.
