ATP Private Equity Partners (ATP PEP) is the independent private equity arm of the Danish pension fund ATP. It is one of Europe’s largest institutional investors in private equity, targeting funds across Europe and North America. Through the management company Private Equity Advisors ApS, ATP PEP manages more than €10 billion across eight funds, including ATP PEP I-VII and ATP PE. The firm operates with a dedicated investment team of experienced private equity professionals.

ATP PEP aims to generate superior risk-adjusted returns by identifying and committing capital to top-tier private equity managers in Europe and North America, while simultaneously leveraging those GP relationships to execute direct, minority co-investments in select portfolio companies.
