What they look for

ASC’s thesis centers on providing "mid-hold equity solutions" to North American and European financial sponsors. They target seasoned, performing assets that have reached an inflection point where additional capital is required to extend the growth runway. Their capital is typically used to facilitate M&A (buy-and-build strategies), fund organic growth initiatives, provide liquidity to non-control shareholders, or help GPs manage fund concentration limits.
