Managed by a team of ex-founders, the firm focuses on Series A and B stages across the UK and Europe, providing patient capital and deep regulatory expertise. In February 2026, the board unanimously recommended a £185.7 million buyout by Verdane, which will transition the portfolio into private ownership.
