What they do

Investormatch operates as a hybrid between a digital platform and a traditional corporate finance boutique. For over 13 years, they have specialized in preparing Dutch SMEs and scale-ups for funding and introducing them to a curated network of over 800 informal investors, family offices, and VCs. In 2019, they launched TechFund One, a closed-end fund that co-invests with their network to close funding gaps for tech companies. In 2024, the firm was acquired by or merged into the Collin Group, creating a strategic alliance with Collin Crowdfund to offer a "one-stop-shop" for both equity and debt financing.

Investormatch aims to democratize access to capital for Dutch companies that have outgrown the "friends and family" stage but may not yet fit the rigid criteria of large institutional VCs. They bridge this gap by combining a digital matching platform with personal guidance. They look for investors who can add value through knowledge, expertise, and networks, and for TechFund One, they target Dutch technology companies that are "on the way to Series A" with proven market traction.
