Invest-NL is the Netherlands' principal vehicle for financing major societal transitions. They operate as a "gap investor," meaning they never invest alone and typically require at least 50% of a round to come from private co-investors. They are a cornerstone of the Dutch ecosystem, often anchoring large rounds for deep tech and industrial startups.
